ImageBiopsy Lab is an Austria-based health-AI startup aiming to challenge the status quo of X-ray based image analysis. Our solutions are designed to seamlessly support the radiologist/orthopedic in daily routine to save valuable time and improve diagnostic accuracy.   

Musculoskeletal (MSK) diagnoses are often subjective and inconsistent. Our software offers simplification and standardization and full integration to existing medical information systems. Furthermore, we provide quantitative disease parameters to support treatment decisions of medical experts.   

ImageBiopsy Lab offers AI-driven analysis tools for anatomical regions such as the knee, hand, leg and hip, and is continuously working on creating innovative MSK solutions.  

In the field of AI-applications on musculoskeletal (MSK) radiology on conventional radiographs, Imagebiopsy is the only company to hold 4 CE cleared AI-products, to hold both CE and FDA-clearances in this sector and is first-to-market with AI-applications on 3 pathologies in this field.     

IB Lab stands out in a way that our solutions do not interact with the patient directly, thus only function as a standby solution in the background and serve as a secondary opinion to the radiologist and/or orthopaedic specialist. By providing information that is already available upon reading the x-ray study, we aim to create real value to the physicians in their day-to-day environment without interrupting the workflow.
