IB Lab Flamingo enables the fully automated, opportunistic detection and classification of clinically relevant vertebral compression fractures (Genant Grade 2 or 3) as a radiological incidental finding in routine CT scans of the thoracic and lumbar spine. The solution automatically labels fully visible thoracic and lumbar vertebrae and identifies the presence or absence of vertebral fractures.

Designed for patients aged 50 years and older, IB Lab Flamingo supports the early detection of osteoporotic fractures without additional examinations or scanning procedures, helping healthcare professionals—including radiologists, endocrinologists, rheumatologists, traumatologists, and orthopedists—identify clinically relevant findings in existing CT scans.
