Description of use

Mindpeak Lung (NSCLC) PD-L1 is intended for in vitro diagnostic use as an aid to the pathologist in the assessment of samples from human lung cancer patients. It provides support to specialized pathologists in PD-L1 scoring through the detection, classification and counting of
tumor cells in digital images.

Image analysis consists of the detection and classification of IHC stained tumor cells on the whole slide. Tumor cells are classified as not-stained (tumor negative) or stained (tumor positive). A corresponding tumor proportion score (TPS) is provided as the proportion of the number of positive tumor cells divided by the sum of tumor positive and tumor negative cells.
