DiaKwant™ Mitosis quantifies mitotic figures across entire slides by segmenting invasive tumor regions. It reports mitoses per mm² with automated hotspot detection, eliminating the need for ROI preselection and reducing the risk of missed areas. Each counted mitosis is highlighted through heatmaps and overlays, ensuring comprehensive and transparent quantification.
All results are available directly within Uniview, including mitotic density outputs, segmented tumor area maps and hotspot visualizations. The plug-and-play workflow requires no calibration or manual setup: simply upload the slide, review the recommended quantification, and make the final call within your existing pathology platform.
