Description of use

BRCAura RUO is a histology model to predict likelihood of germline BRCA1/2 mutations from HR+/HER2- breast cancer images.

BRCAura RUO optimizes genetic testing on an enriched population by screening cases from digitized H&E slides. It is intended for research use to support cohort enrichment and study recruitment, and to generate hypotheses on BRCA-associated tumor patterns from routine pathology images.
