AIRAProstate is a deep learning based image analysis solution for detection of malignancy and Gleason grading in whole slide images (WSI) of prostatic core needle biopsies. The solution differentiates benign and malignant prostate needle core biopsies. If a core is determined to be malignant, the solution detects and colour codes tumor glands with distinct colours corresponding to Gleason patterns 3, 4, and 5. In addition, AIRAProstate provides the percentage of needle core infiltrated by the malignancy, the primary and secondary Gleason patterns, and the Gleason Grade Group.
