Description of use

Pixyl.Neuro.MS analyzes 3D T2-FLAIR sequences to automatically segment and classify white matter lesions, flagging new and enlarging lesions between visits with co-registered prior scans. It addresses time-consuming manual comparison and detection errors in MS follow-up, accelerating case reading by up to 50% and enhancing detection rates by 28%.

The solution should be used to support decision-making when making a diagnosis or treatment planning in a subject with a neurological disorder. The application has been evaluated on data of patients with multiple sclerosis, white matter lesions, neurodegenerative disorders as well as age-normal subjects.
