Description of use

Pixyl.Neuro.BV analyzes 3D Gradient Echo T1 sequences to automatically segment and quantify brain structures including supratentorial cortex, cerebellum, lateral ventricles, hippocampi, and thalami, comparing volumes to normative population data adjusted for age and intracranial volume.

The solution identifies asymmetries and other specific patterns of atrophy at-a-glance with a visual display (glass-brain, spider plots, plots with normative values) to support differential diagnosis. It also computes per-region change between timepoints and highlights volume evolution to support follow-up decisions and differential diagnosis.
