cNeuro® cMRI takes T1 and FLAIR images as input and computes information about atrophy and lesion load. Using the T1, 133 brain regions are segmented, volumes are compared to a normative database and percentiles are computed. In addition, some specific biomarkers such as anterior-posterior atrophy index as well as MTA and GCA scales are computed from T1. If a FLAIR is provided, lesion load is computed again with comparison to normal. If the patient has a prior MRI study, cNeuro® cMRI computes longitudinal change in atrophy and lesions. Results are summarized in PDF-reports. cNeuro® is integrated with the Sectra PACS and reports and labelled volumes are sent back to PACS.
