Description of use

Fully automated perfusion processing application calculating high quality perfusion maps for Stroke.

Application is based on MRP DSC and CTP series including the standard SVD markers (CBV, CBF, MTT, TTP, Tmax) and providing complete decision support with fully automated Stroke lesion delineations and mismatch results. Following the guidelines, infarct core and hypoperfused volumes are computed by applying a threshold-based method :

- for CT : rCBF<30% for core lesion and Tmax>6s for hypoperfused volumes

-for MR : ADC<600 for core lesion and Tmax>6s for hypoperfused volumes"
