BoneAge automatically determines skeletal maturity by analyzing frontal hand radiographs using the validated Greulich & Pyle atlas method, providing bone age in years and months with adult height prediction. It addresses the time-consuming and subjective nature of manual bone age assessment while reducing inter-observer variability.

The solution should be used for evaluation of growth disorders, endocrine abnormalities, constitutional delays, or precocious puberty in pediatric patients aged 3 to 18 years, providing radiologists and pediatric endocrinologists with objective, reproducible skeletal maturity assessments integrated into routine workflow.
